About Us

Attorney Michael E. Sutton is a life-long resident of New York State.  He grew up downstate in the the Hudson Valley before moving to Albany for College.  He earned a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science with a minor in History.  Attorney Sutton is an alumni of Albany Law School, having graduated in May 2004 with a concentration in Estate Planning.

​During his tenure there, Michael spent two years interning in a clinical rotation with the Health Law Project and was the 2004 Recipient of the Distinguished Law Clinic and Justice Center Prize.  He has previously worked for Kindlon & Shanks, P.L.L.C. in Albany and the Abdella Law Offices in Gloversville before opening a private practice in September 2006.   

Attorney Sutton is an experienced litigator and trial attorney who takes pride in his work and zealously represents his clients.  He handles cases throughout the Capital Region and has successfully tried felony cases in Albany, Saratoga, Fulton and Montgomery Counties.
